In last 14 years my work experience with this telecom industry was very unsatisfied and very disappointed। Because telecom industry was not served better salary package for their SES's (sales executives) and not able to serve good policeis for their futures security।

All matters are not mentioned here as in detailed description। So I think I have wasted my life's 14 years of journey in this samsung telecom industry। I don't have achieved my dreams, my ambitions , my happiness & my success। It's a failure industry I think । So bad experience of my last 14 years

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

I don't find the work satisfactory. Very limited tech. stack is involved and skill development is low. You usually work on the same Technology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.
