This review is specifically for testing team, However overall management of SRID is worst. No latest tools and technologies are used in QA team. You will have to test manually samsung smart TV, even managers expects you to take TV to here and there by own like labours . For the tech stack you will only work with Excel, TV remote and internal mail system. I won't put manager's name here but he is the mentally sick person, literally abuses all team members infront of every one, Besides HR knows everything, never take any action against manager. All bangalore / Indian team are all slav____ to HQ / Korean team. All leaders are from Korean team. No leaders allowed to control anything. Even if become director / VP, you don't have any control here. Koreans have kept Indians like slav---- Unnecessary work pressure. No software quality. Everything is hidden. Worst company to work in if you want to develop your skills. There is redundant work and monotonous work every day. Also, the upper management is very weak. They understand that Koreans are God for them. Whatever they say will have to be done either way. They don’t have spine to stand up for themselves. Also talking about the managers. Most of the managers are womanisers and the rating is based on who the manager likes and what that person is able to give to that manager. I faced the same thing in my team. No software development lifecycle, Every process is like government office, needs unnecessary 20 approvals. Useless HR department, they don't address complaint against management.
