although little stressful at times but stable job. People who couldnt code are getting laid off & I hope soon the things will be improved.

Fair job security, free food and transport.

Very poor work and work culture. Zero growth for most of the software engineers working here. You will just be debugging issues or carrying out manual testing of devices and apps if you join here as a software engineer. No WFH policy (they were calling employees to office even in covid times). No promotion or growth, even for hard working employees. They only promote boot-lickers. Inflexible work hours (if you don't complete 9 hours at office physically, you are forced to apply half day leave. You HAVE to complete 9 hours at office even if you have no work for the day. If you short fall by even a single minute, you have to apply leave. They track the work hours through ID card punch time). Very poor HR policies and HR department. People at HR dept. speak very rudely, no matter how polite you are towards them. Too much politics at office. You will find yourself spending most of your time dealing with dirty politics and fulfilling illogical HR policies for 90% of your time if you work here. This experience is not just mine but of 20 other colleagues of mine who work in different departments here. Strict NO for anyone willing to join this company as SDE....Read More
