Company culture is really good, and employee benefits really shows the organization cares about it's employees. Women employees get one extra leave each month.

Dislikes

I had left due to my High exoectation in matters of quality of work that I get to do. I was already an expert in my area of LTE and CUPS. The work that I was getting was not up to my expectation. Hence I decided to leave, but that was an extremely personal choice, which maybe 95% people wouldn't make.

Transport : (But the Team leader ensure that you come at 8:15AM using office bus and leave late after 12 Working hours. Cabs are provide to those employes only who have worked for 11hrs in office on that day.) Food: (But now It's quantity/quality decreases due to low budget) Other Things are worst here.

All thing are hell here, let's discuss one by one. ------ 1. Working Hours: They treat you like labours, and asked you to support for 12-13 hours daily any time, even on weekends. If you refused, they will threat for giving low score in MBO(evaluation). Sometimes, On leaving from office, they have tried to block by way or himiliatedme. ------ 2. Work : They will always ask you to finish the Issue analysis within 10 minutes to submit report to MD of company by making them urgent Issue(everything is urgent here). And manager convert the office into jail by saying that "Nobody will be going to left the office utill Issue finished" at 5PM. Moreover, most of the work here is meaning for carrer growth. Most of manager/leader are from TCS/Wipro/Worst companies. ------ 3. Leaves: They asked you to work on Leaves days also irrespective of your condition. Many times they forced me to hard/intense work although I have 102F fever/body pain/headache,etc. They provide no leaves in commercialization period (for 5-6 month). ------ 4. Evaluation: They provide meet rating to 75% employees and good rating to only 15% employes, who are best sycophant of Part Leader/Manager. Note: ratings doesn't depent on your work. ------- 5.Salary: They will provide 1.8X salary to IIT college as compare to NIT or IIIT or others for same wok and post. Salary hike is only 5-6%. Overall salary is less than the industry level(Donot see the CTC). Also behave in good manager with iitians as compare to others. ------- 6. Firing: They fire 10-20% employess every year and threat other if they do not support for 12hrs in offce. Recently they fires 20% employess through mass firing. 1. No learning,no skill development, only prepare internal useless coding test. 2. Spent daily 8 hrs in office and 1 hrs outside office. Time count through punch card. 3. Office politics a lot, ratings will only be given to manager fav person. 4. No growth. 5. If you have better option.dont go to samsung.

8:30 hour policy. Most of the things. Fully Office. Company holds your funds in some cases, you have raise approval first otherwise they approve the expense even if its for company activity. HR has say over little thing over ridding even managers. Work is average.

Company culture is good..no work pressure.. lunch and dinner facilities available.. transportation facility available.

Dislikes

You always need to come office for work..only in emergency you can avail WFH after multilevel of approval. Many irrelevant policies created by HR department.

All bangalore / Indian team are all slav____ to HQ / Korean team. All leaders are from Korean team. No leaders allowed to control anything. Even if become director / VP, you don't have any control here. Koreans have kept Indians like slav---- Unnecessary work pressure. No software quality. Everything is hidden. It is hire and fire company. somehow they will do the buisness by giving offers. After sometime it will not work . Don't join samsung anywhere in India. Food is great. Worklife balance is great. No one will call after 5 pm. And expect you to work. Depends on some teams.

Worst company to work in if you want to develop your skills. There is redundant work and monotonous work every day. Also, the upper management is very weak. They understand that Koreans are God for them. Whatever they say will have to be done either way. They don’t have spine to stand up for themselves. Also talking about the managers. Most of the managers are womanisers and the rating is based on who the manager likes and what that person is able to give to that manager. I faced the same thing in my team. It is not based on what skill you have, or how much you have done for the team, how much work you you are showing.
