Strict Timings: Employees must log in by 10 AM. If late more than three times in a month, half a day's leave will be deducted. Strict Working Hours: A minimum of 45 working hours per week is mandatory (8 hours of work + 1 hour break per day). Failure to meet this requirement will result in the deduction of half a day's leave. And like every other company, of you work for more than 45 hours in a week, thats your problem! Hybrid working: 3 days in office 2 days at home (common for all, some team/Employees are forced to come for all 5 days. Work from home policy: Only 1 week work from home is available in each quarter. Now based on this new rule the loop hole was to take eork from home on the last week of the 1st quarter and first week of second quarter together and get 12 days.. but they added a new rule that we should come to office atleast 1 day in between those 2 weeks. (How employee UNfriendly) Transportation: 1. Carpooling: Employees are responsible for arranging their own carpooling, paying for the cab upfront, and navigating a complex and time-consuming reimbursement process. (They did this DELIBERATELY) 2. Vehicle Parking: Free parking is provided for the primary mode of transport (car or bike). However, if you declare a bike as your primary mode and use a car (or vice versa) for more than three days in a month, parking fees will have to be borne personally. (too PETTY) 3. No Fuel Reimbursement: The company does not provide any fuel reimbursement, regardless of the mode of transportation. No joining perks or any sorts of freebies. (Sorry we DONT do that here) Insurance: only 3 lakh rupees. (Just doing it to FOOL the govt) . Very cringy and pathetic attitude towards spending money for GWP activities. Imagine an MNC saying only 2 beers or 2 non-alcoholic drinks are allowed for the year end party.
