You might like food and free transportation. You would learn something if you had joined in the very early phase. Company is good if operate by Koreans.

1. Culture - Company culture is just okay. If you are in General shift then you might enjoy and if you are in shift forget about it, you will be treated as contractual person. Office timing is very strict. Only focused on production. 2. Growth- Forget about it. If you plant a tree, it will grow faster than your growth. You will get promotion if you have made good relationship with your Korean manager thats why your superiors won’t allow you to contact with Korean and they will get promotion and you won’t. 3. Food- Food is good if you are in General. But it is worst if you are in shift. They don't even consider your complaint or feedback not even your manager. 4. Transportation- These member think they are operating the whole plant behave like 2nd MD of the plant. Totally useless, rude and unsupportive. 5. HR- Totally useless, they are unprofessional, don't even know how to talk with employee. 6. Policy- Policy will keep you busy not your technical skill/responsibility for what you have been hired. Job Security - You can plan your retirement from samsung in terms of job security. If you cannot crack interview, stay here and enjoy like others are doing for 10 years & more. Team mates - They are good and knowledgable when they come in samsung, because they come from good organisation to waste their talent here.

1. Training is not provided for the job. They expect you to complete the task without any training or knowledge. 2. Career growth - You can even see small tree outside campus growing to a big plant in 4-5 years, but they will not let you grow at all. 3. Salary/Appraisals - You will get peanuts which you can chew and enjoy. You cannever think of making good bucks or good appraisals. Increament is not done in your basic salary, it is done on other salary parts , so they dont have to pay you more bonus. (400% of basic, part of CTC). 4. Politics - They are full of nepotism . You will find some father-son relations which are unofficial. 5. Learning - Entire tech/softwares used here are not used anywhere else, so no benefit of learnings gained here. 6. Work Environment - It is good . Except that smock dress while entering in smock room, in which you feel issue in breathing. 7. Innovation - No innovations, everything is monitored from Korea. No new developments take place. Monotonous Job. 8. Work -Life balance - It is good .It is a fix time job from 8:30-5:30, if you are in general shift. I used to work In OQC department. I used to look after Outgoing inspection of panels. I used to look after areas as OQC Lines, OQC Room & Ageing Room (DACT). I used to handle team of 4 shift leaders and 180 operators.
