While my school collected 100% fees, we were given 50% salary. My salary for 2020 is yet to be remunerated. Management supports heavy politics too. It's a sick place to be. Old staff doesnt let new teachers to settle down.

Samsidh MLZS is a good opportunity to explore new method of teaching. The working hours are suitable during online teaching. Lots of activities and programs for students and parents. Teachers are encouraged to try innovative methods. The management is very supportive. Company policies are fair enough during the pandemic....Read More

No transportation for the employees.

Work Details

Training to new joiner was provided. Class starts with loving kindness. Each class ends with a value connect. 4-5 hours of online teaching with Lesson plans once a week. Celebrations of important days. Building Teacher- Parent relationship.
