At Samsidh, each staff has the liberty to contribute in their best possible way. There is a lot of Support from the Management and the Leaders to create a conducive environment for the staff. Introduction of technology into the daily activities through learning management system is a blessing for the academic and non academic staff. It has been years of learning and contended work life at Samsidh.

Academic wise it is good , events and cultural activities are organising very nicely.Teachers are taking a lot of efforts.

While my school collected 100% fees, we were given 50% salary. My salary for 2020 is yet to be remunerated. Management supports heavy politics too. It's a sick place to be. Old staff doesnt let new teachers to settle down.

It was challenging I was handling two sections as a class Teacher along with two subjects. There is no work life balance in this school.

Samsidh MLZS is a good opportunity to explore new method of teaching. The working hours are suitable during online teaching. Lots of activities and programs for students and parents. Teachers are encouraged to try innovative methods. The management is very supportive. Company policies are fair enough during the pandemic.

No transportation for the employees.

Training to new joiner was provided. Class starts with loving kindness. Each class ends with a value connect. 4-5 hours of online teaching with Lesson plans once a week. Celebrations of important days. Building Teacher- Parent relationship.
