After coming from another placement consultant Samarthjobs is breath of Fresh air. Here they both treat office employee and their client with huge level of respect and care. Here the work environment is collaborative with everyone helping each other out.

At Samarthjobs everything was nice. You are never left out on your own. Everyone was equally passionate and hardworking. The team were excellent, helping each other. When I was new there, senior people has provided excellent training.

End to end recruitment is very difficult in terms of certain industries recruitment.

Exposure - you get exposure to top firms in various sector of your region. it also help you to understand their functioning in much better way. Networking - due to client/candidate interaction you end up establishing a great network with top senior management a lot of firms. anyone who is ambitious could do wonders for themselves at Samarthjobs.
