Only good point is the supporting experienced staff and nurses.

Dislikes

Hospital administration is profit centric in the name of charity They have unserviced machines and outdated equipments Poor service Salary is rarely paid on time Doctors are forced to work on Sundays and public holidays. Senior doctor is incompetent but egoistic rude and mean.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
