I would like say about organisation that if anybody want to work here, they are only work here for experience and develop their learning.

I am very unhappy to tell about the organisation demerits. The office culture is to bad and the secretary is selfish and unprofessional.

It is an NGO and it's office is 40Km far from nearest Gaya town.There is no way you can communicate from town by public transport. After 5 pm.Its secretary and admin have worst Nature if you don't adulate them time to time.They will started searching your weak point and finally secretary will start threatening you to terminate. Onlysycophants can survive here.extensive work pressure will make tired you, which may lead to unbalance your personal life....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
