Absolutely zero support for its employees from Mahindra end as well as dealership level too. Not bothered of employees whether they live or die. No retention of employees based on their talent, hardwork and dedication level. Loyal employees are treated as garbage with pathetic HR who doesn't know her duties to manage and retain staff and hire new ones. She is just management puppet who dances to their tune. In last 3 months of lockdown during Covid -19 period not a single penny given to its employees apart from select few in management level. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
