The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products. Vision and values set by MD, taken care of employee well being , employee professional development through training and career advancement programme without taking into consideration whether he will be there with company or not in future.

Dislikes

we need to upgraded ourself professionally and in a more organised way, senior management people don't lead by example in terms of values and it become difficult to cultivate the same in next line team members. Leaders need to be assume more responsibility and accountability to take organisation to the next level.

Management is open to new innovation and technology, management does not micromanage and I got freedom to run a project from start to end with full ownership. There is support from company during personal/family crisis.

Leadership style of mid level and upper management can be better with team management and conflict resolution conducted in a better way.

poor communication, Lack of Recognition, favoritism and Nepotism, Micromanagement, Gossip and Rumors... The VP of Accounts doesn't understand account. He's always playing politics. I think in a few days he will understand more about legal work than accounts
