I had excellent working experience with Salahkaar Consultants for five years and it was an incredible positive experience. The working environment was highly collaborative and supportive, making it easy to thrive professionally and personally. I particularly appreciate the guidance and support from my manager, who was always approachable and encouraging. His leadership style, characterized by kindness and understanding, made a significant difference in my day to day work life. His constant support helped me grow in my role and excel in my responsibilities. Ankita was bluffing and misusing her work-from-home option. As suggested by our client, we had no option but to terminate her. Out of 8 hours of work, she was working for just 3-4 hours.
