Caste preference, recommended people got postings even in initial stage of joining, well talented and experienced persons got postings after 4or 5 years with lots of struggling. Also they spoil our life by 6years bond after confirmation for minimum average salary

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company staff is very supportive & as per senior any supporting.

Dislikes

The work load is very high & staff low, the duty period is 10 to 12 hour's by chance it's going to 14 hours & there is no Overtime & monthly holiday only two days the management team is not supportive they pressurized only work.. they cancelled any time your holidays no extra holiday you can't take... The staff like koi bhi kuchh bhi kam kar raha hai
