It is one of the worst company anyone can find in India. Everything they do is cheating client to bring business to company and cheating employees as well.

In one word, keep ourselves out of this kind of company if you really want to learn experience from work. If you are kind of person to keep closeness with manager or management then you will get all benefits and you don't need to work just be in billing on project is enough.
