While working i was faced extra work load because of Staff shortage. Hospital software and computer hardware are old. Hospital is not providing tea or snacks for staffs. Compare to other hospital here staffs dress are not good.

1.Hospital needs 24*7 coverage,but night and Sunday the staff and facility coverage is inadequate. 2.More program needed to retain staff. 3.Appraisal of staff needs modification.

16 hrs night duty, tho night off is there. Sometimes most duties can be night duties which can be quite draining and thrown you off your sleep cycles. Tbh nights duties can get quite busy depending on your bad luck. Too much corporate pressure and complaint from patients. Like all other places salary is average.
