It was very comfy to work with my teammates especially my in charge even though she had other duties her own but she had concern about others .And she was flexible down to earth to support co ordinates

The work pressure is high sometimes even if less clients sending to other department for allocation irrespective dept like icu ,ward whatever so it's create big issues disturbs our satisfaction that leads our performances.And there is no stress relief management like team outing or something
