Reputed well established company. Top facilities, top doctors, very good amenities.

Dislikes

No consideration for staffs. Immense pressure. Short of staffs. Extra duties, no leaves, forcing to work even when sick. No support from managers if land up in any issues.

While working i was feel safe in my working place because your job is secure in this company. Company is organized and working culture is fantastic. Management is supportive they will encourage you to do your best. Continuous they will give you training and it's help to improve skill. Salary also is good and you will get on time without fail or deduction. Comparing to other hospital in this hospital you will feel freedom and nonpolitical management. Dislikes

While working i was faced extra work load because of Staff shortage. Hospital software and computer hardware are old. Hospital is not providing tea or snacks for staffs. Compare to other hospital here staffs dress are not good.

Work Details

Its a fantastic experience. They develop my skill and given continue training. I learnt lot about healthcare industries. They helped me to improve my knowledge and skill, they given me different roles in same team.
