Sakhiya skin clinic is very poor company , and I would never recommend anyone to join.There is excessive micromanagement, salary deduction for software entry missed, punch missed, management pretends to be very good but in reality they need some training how to handle the staff and retain them. After serving notice period also they don’t give incentive in which month complete efforts were given . Zero appreciation for staff . Dr sakhiya is very good doctor. He is top most experienced dermatologist. He give you the best solution for ur skin hair nail related concerns

Dislikes

There hr team and management teams are very pathetic. Work culture is in worse conditions. Old employee keep doing politics. No job security at all . And they also doing body shaming and bullying.
