Learning, For learning it's a good place. you can get a good initiate from here.

Dislikes

Responsibilities increases, designation increases but salary always same or somehow only 2-5 % increment. Salary never increase without resignation, there is no profit of incentives cause we never get.

Exciting and sometimes burden specially in reporting part.

company work environment is excellent, we also appreciate with boss in every quarterly meeting and annual meeting. if we face any problem then team leader or colleagues help each other

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
