My experience about as a sales executive management was very bad because they dont thik about business expansion. They are not working by a planning. Weber have more products range and if RM lavel takes a good plan and the company can 1 cr business only from Indore (M. P.) Because there is market potential is 15 cr per month and weber is big brand but management is not maintain commitment, behave, dealer and client relations and brand name value. I have gave many times good plan to my manager but he is not listen according to me he is not albe for the designation also he is very poor about products technology. He is not a smart sales worker. Other companies are working with good sales plan and smart man power. Some local brands are gain more sale compare to weber....Read More

Work Details

Very bad work life because there is very poor communication between team and very slow decision making, very slow services from the management side.
