In Sailife giving exellent Trainig, No Salary problem. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Company is good but work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work more than 8 hrs. No job security, full politics, there is no time for personal life.

Company is good but whatever the shop floor field manager not good doing lot political games with employees. Management system is good but lower level management is very very bad. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are very good, appraisals are not so good.

Given covid relief found not more than 4 leaves.... After 3months who are suffering with covid not given any support.... From HR TEAM... it is bad thing in covid positive patients.....remaining is very good.
