No BASIC salary protocol in all departments including nursing Showing partiality in a view of cast religion basic Theres is no recognizing the hard and heartfully workers In all departments staff are very less especially nursing,for this reason we are missing work satisfaction

Best MNC Hospital with cost affordable services for all patients. Friendly Work Environment. Trustworthy and supportive Management. Excellent young and dynamic doctors with great medical approach. Assuring and safe place to work.

Dislikes

Poor Housekeeping services. Scarcity of parking spaces. Poor Equipment performance. Poor Hospitality Services such as Front desk and Nursing departments (staff must be well trained). Basic facilities like Bathrooms,staff room or Doctors room are not been provided. Inadequate waiting areas for patients attendants causing crowd near wards and critical areas.

Our senior management, consultants, especially my chief of nutrition department are excellent there are very experienced with immense practical knowledge and at the same time very professional and down to earth very approachable. This my heartfelt request our lower staff specially house keeping and nursing staff are very very very unprofessional and rude like they don't respect our patients and attenders which is why we get such horrible feed back inspite of having such dynamic professionals and facilities. This is where I think how to improve this iam working here for last seven years. This is the only worry I have.

No proper SOP defined for any process They feel they have corporate culture. However, the culture is very degraded starting from senior management. Humiliation in front of every one. No training will be provided. No incentives paid on time. Lots of misleading. No proper employee benefits apart from salary. No fixed appraisals time period. They will give when ever they want.
