To learn my things regarding pt condition, procedure, investigation, surgeries,care of pt. HR team and incharge teams are very supportive. Cultural activities during festivals are also celebrating in hospital. Doctors treatment also very nicely

Dislikes

Very less staff on every department,so the work pressure is also increasing .. If the cases are not there in particular department staff will go different different department and helping but once department is full staff ratio is less no one is available for help.

No BASIC salary protocol in all departments including nursing Showing partiality in a view of cast religion basic Theres is no recognizing the hard and heartfully workers In all departments staff are very less especially nursing,for this reason we are missing work satisfaction

Poor Housekeeping services. Scarcity of parking spaces. Poor Equipment performance. Poor Hospitality Services such as Front desk and Nursing departments (staff must be well trained). Basic facilities like Bathrooms,staff room or Doctors room are not been provided. Inadequate waiting areas for patients attendants causing crowd near wards and critical areas.

This my heartfelt request our lower staff specially house keeping and nursing staff are very very very unprofessional and rude like they don't respect our patients and attenders which is why we get such horrible feed back inspite of having such dynamic professionals and facilities. This is where I think how to improve this iam working here for last seven years. This is the only worry I have.

No proper SOP defined for any process They feel they have corporate culture. However, the culture is very degraded starting from senior management. Humiliation in front of every one. No training will be provided. No incentives paid on time. Lots of misleading. No proper employee benefits apart from salary. No fixed appraisals time period. They will give when ever they want.
