Unprofessional management Full of office politics The management itself spreads unnecessary rumors and worsen the team environment The management doesn't tolerate if the employees in a team are moving friendly No job security always hiring and firing is their policy. Hr doesn't care about employees once they sign appointment letter. I would suggest to rename it as "SCHOOL" They just suck employees blood at the workplace but putting a lot of stress and pressure. I am not at all proud to work for such company. I really feel guilty for working 1year of time for this stupid management . Best MNC Hospital with cost affordable services for all patients. Friendly Work Environment. Trustworthy and supportive Management. Excellent young and dynamic doctors with great medical approach. Assuring and safe place to work.

Poor Housekeeping services. Scarcity of parking spaces. Poor Equipment performance. Poor Hospitality Services such as Front desk and Nursing departments (staff must be well trained). Basic facilities like Bathrooms,staff room or Doctors room are not been provided. Inadequate waiting areas for patients attendants causing crowd near wards and critical areas.

To learn my things regarding pt condition, procedure, investigation, surgeries,care of pt. HR team and incharge teams are very supportive. Cultural activities during festivals are also celebrating in hospital. Doctors treatment also very nicely

Very less staff on every department,so the work pressure is also increasing .. If the cases are not there in particular department staff will go different different department and helping but once department is full staff ratio is less no one is available for help.

This my heartfelt request our lower staff specially house keeping and nursing staff are very very very unprofessional and rude like they don't respect our patients and attenders which is why we get such horrible feed back inspite of having such dynamic professionals and facilities. This is where I think how to improve this iam working here for last seven years. This is the only worry I have.
