Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. My experience at sagitec(pension)was extremely disappointing. The work environment was toxic due to several significant issues: 1. **Management Behavior**: - Managers and team leads treated employees very poorly, often behaving as if they had absolute control over us. - Abusive language was common, which made the workplace hostile and stressful. 2. **Lack of Work-Life Balance**: - There was no respect for personal time or family commitments. - Employees were expected to be available at all times, and asking for leave was frowned upon. 3. **Unprofessional and Discriminatory Conduct**: - Favoritism towards certain female employees based on their appearance was evident. - This created an uncomfortable and unfair working environment.
