Likes

Teammates-Hands down, best team mates you will ever get in professional life. Also you get to learn more from team management side if you are enthusiastic and able to do so.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good - No specific process defined here. Everyone runs as per need of an hour. Higher Management agrees but never implements. Often weekend workings. You perform very well but that is not acknowledged in salary as expectation.

Work Details

If you get placed in Pension area then your life is smooth. But You get in Insurance and all hell breaks lose. Weekend working, Extra hours after shift, No particular process to follow.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
