->Great team members(My project), which make you learn at this company otherwise no contribution from the organisation ... having very few projects. ->Worst Management. ->Too low pay. ->On the name of appraisals, employees are portrayed like beggars. ->Conclude the work-life balance by knowing the scenario that company's clients have escalated them no. of times by asking why the team is working late nights and weekends. Let me tell you I described other negative points in above section , why remaining two (Career growth and job security) here.... Because these are 2 major things which Saggezza uses in its politics, conspiracy against its potential employees. -> Any employee would not like to stay in the organisation given all hell situations. But ,if someone stands to get a better career/pay outside , this company starts its politics game ... first makes the false promises of career growth to employee in context, gives written Email on the office Email to increase the pay in future in xyz month. Now they succeed in their first step of politics plan to retain the employee since they needed the person at that point of time. But in parallel their conspiracy plan goes on--->as a consequence of this, after few months, they compel their employee to resign forcefully. (you can figure out the intentions very clearly, that the company acts too unethical just because of their money-mindedness and lack of true leadership nature.) ->Now, You can conclude the Job-Security level at this organisation very easily....Read More

If you're in the wrong project, you'll stagnate and no one will bother about you. If you don't come out by taking the initiative, months will pass by without learning anything.
