There should be a significant increase in the salary of senior faculties as per the needs of the family, so that the demand of children's higher education can be met.

over all a nice place to work for those who want to do some thing new and exiting .And the top leadership of group is GREAT with their vision and working.

not more to dislike except the work pressure and timely completion of the task.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
