I’m not an employee at Sage IT now, but people might like working there due to exciting projects, a collaborative team, career development opportunities, a positive work culture, and meaningful work.

I don’t have many complaints about my previous workplace, but I would have preferred not having to work overtime without proper compensation.

The companies dedication to make it work for the employees is something i really like even though we do not know much about what decisions are taken on the upper management level as there is no transparency but i feel happy that i got to be a part of this organisation.

Dislikes

We can use a little less of selective targeting employees. And no one out there is a learned saint everyone learns with there course of time so rather than making anyone feel that they are any less maybe we can grow collectively.
