Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The worst management ever. Confused seniors.there is lack of decision making ability in them.they are not able to take one wise decision and stand by it. They don't use their minds while Interview. They can remove employee after 5 months saying that the CV was nt eligible fr the particular position. They took my interview 4 different times, hired me twice and releived me both times.

Dislikes

A lot of politics is there and management is worst. HOD don't bother about anybody else. No learning, growth opportunities no job training is there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
