The worst management ever. Confused seniors.there is lack of decision making ability in them.they are not able to take one wise decision and stand by it. They don't use their minds while Interview. They can remove employee after 5 months saying that the CV was nt eligible fr the particular position. They took my interview 4 different times, hired me twice and releived me both times....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and for chilling.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
