I have worked around 4.5 years. Starting year is difficult for to learn hypermedia software. It terrible job for me. Few good friends help me out to survive 4.5 years in this company. I am so Fursted in this job I will quit industry. That is my experience.

Dislikes

Not able to understand why we are doing our job. Not a clear vision to understand well. This industry demand fluent in hypermesh, Lsdyna, workbench software skill. And well understanding of composite materials .
