Trust me when I say this, They broke my confidence so much that now even when I think to join some other company, I doubt myself. I was fired not because of my low performance but I was not able to impress the managers. They don't even care regarding your outputs, just say salam to each and every manager day and night. Go beyond , not to learn but to impress. I literally regret my decision every single day that why I've joined this org., Employees leave in single week of joining after seeing such hell place.
