Safeway is a great company to work in. The work culture provided by the company is great as compared to other companies. The company is managed by very greatly. Talking about Safeway again it provides best policies as compared to other companies. The employees are very Hardworking and good teamwork is seen here. Rest the company offers it's best services to its employee.

Dislikes

talking about the dislikes holidays should be provided by the company and half day of Saturday should be provided.

I'm working as a Medical Officer in Safeway insurance company. Experience at Safeway is great. What I like about the leadership team at Safeway is that they work exceptionally hard to grow the company.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
