This contractual culture of staff on duty. Equal work but no equal salary. Sometimes too much discrimination between contractual and regular employ is hurting one. No consideration of contractual employ to take part in any activity just because they are not permanent employees inspite of being talented .

Working in safdarajang during this pandemic is a great opportunity as everything went well only.. Yes in starting a bit problem we have faced but slowly things got to normal and well adjustable..but there is alwayss a no assurance of my job and not even my work is even recognisable as I m a contractual underpaind nursing officer.. Giving my services here since 2016..but still we no assurirty of job.. And salary we are getting just half of the permanent staff even after doing equal work which is a very bad part..
