Working in safdarajang during this pandemic is a great opportunity as everything went well only.. Yes in starting a bit problem we have faced but slowly things got to normal and well adjustable..but there is alwayss a no assurance of my job and not even my work is even recognisable as I m a contractual underpaind nursing officer.. Giving my services here since 2016..but still we no assurirty of job.. And salary we are getting just half of the permanent staff even after doing equal work which is a very bad part.. Safdarjung hospital is best place not only for learning but also for teaching ..I felt personally family environment in this hospital and even in Covid situation they provided us everything like scrubs OT gown gloves mask face shield with proper instructions for duty

Very good hospital for learning and experience purposes but company has no sense how to work with medical health workers all departments all good with good learning environment and hospital staff also very cooperative But company rules and their supervisor are not comfortable for medical professionals.

Dislikes

Supervisors don't have any kind or medical health care experience and treat medical health workers as labour. They have no sense of quality of work. They post OT technician as Lab Technician and MTW as Lab technician When shortage of employs occur. This kind of behaviour is is dangerous for patients and also for employees.

Working in hospital departments is very good but with this company is a source of depression only because of their illiterate supervisors especially Mr Amit.
