Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no such thing about Safari that can be liked.

Dislikes

Non Provided Proper Seating space. I’m almost closure to my Probation tenure still not been alloted proper seats. Not only me there are multiple colleagues which are having same issues as mine. Due to not having proper seating space I have been rewarded with Lower Back Spasm. I’m Thankful to Safari Industries for unlocking a new Hurdle for me.
