Sadhu forging ltd.(Gear Division) is the best company for learning.if you are fresher and want to learn more than apply in this compnay.there is very good staff in this company.it's very large plant.company gives bonus every year for employee,and give per year increament.

There is no facilities for worker or staff as no dress give by company.there is no canteen and there is a lot of politics.
