Dislikes

Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues,infact they don't even know what is happening with employees. Why teachers are uncomfortable at working.I hope and wish chairman sir and director mam to look into this as a secret survey.

Work Details

Can't balance family life ,especially if teachers has kids .24/7 work will be allotted some or the other way.

As this was a newly established school it has given me a lot of opportunities to learn and grow from new experiences and I will forever be grateful for the support I received from my co-teachers.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but there's no career progress. Job security is almost non-existent. Teachers' individual strengths are not considered nor appreciated. You cannot voice out your dissent nor your suggestions for the betterment of the school and students. The work pressure is very high and honestly teachers are considered to be at the bottom of the food chain and are treated with little to no respect....Read More
