There is nothing good in that school old teachers are being exploited new teachers will be given power.

Dislikes

Deserving candidates will be thrown out and undeserving will be appreciated that is the rule of this school. No work balance, No personal space management always infairs in employee personal matter. No increments. No fixed timings sometimes you have to work till 7 pm. Terrible work life.

Sacred Heart school, Moga has positive environment for teacher's professional growth. I worked in Maths department. Whole staff is very cooperative and friendly. School has excellent infrastructure and advance technology. I have learned to integrate technology into the class, collaborate with other staff members and many other new things. It pays freshers well. If you're a good teacher, B.Ed is not compulsory.

I taught middle school students. It was a hard time. I had to teach 8 different sections. 6-7 out of 9 periods in a day. Workaholics can survive there.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
