Great working place for experienced not for those who join as freshers. Very minimal knowledge that a fresher would gain, not enough trainings, majorly business oriented least at knowledge transfer. Salaries are the best there, that is the reason it is good for experienced who can demand for their role, but not for those who joined as freshers as they can't demand for better salaries after 2yrs as the person has not gained any technical knowledge. Managerial behaviour and employee relations are very good, one has to look for better role or a package before joining....Read More

Not enough trainings and technical exposure to associates who joined as freshers. Even after 2 years, he/she would be still working in a non-technical or documentation jobs.

I joined RLE as a fresher. From day 1 i was deployed to Ford Services, where i worked in non-technical, documentation, quality checks based project.

No work-life balance, higher work pressure, allowance are good, team is very good but managers are bad.

Dislikes

Worst days in my career life, manger in Chennai is the worst will corner a good working guy and put him in performance improvement program just to show the management why projects are going beyond the planned time. This has happened to me and my friends
