There is a lot of politics and the management does address our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is slow. There is no bond for resign. On the job training is available for new joinees.

Dislikes

There is no fixed job they can give you anything to do whenever you confirm in the company and you want be able to ignore.they can't see your education related work they can give you anything just like you r electric engineer you can work at as line operator or you r plastic engineer you can manage recycled material or scrap sale. So there is not such good for your career

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
