They take service bond agreement, which is illigal but not afraid of any government and not even of God. They make you fall in trap of HR policies. Too much politics in the office. Everything they tell is a lie. Never join this company even if you have this as your last resort never.

Office politics for such a small firm. Nepotism. The company policies are not employee centric and changes as per their conveneance. After a point there is no growth in learning. There is no work from home and you have to work almost every weekend. There is no training for fresher and will be demoralized if they are not understanding something.
