Good as a stop gap for candidates who have carrie break.

Dislikes

Hire and fire policy, extensive traveling on own expenses and delayed reimbursement process. No Carrie pathing. Roles are purely based on projects and temporary. You hardly find anyone with more than 3 to 4 years of tenure in 14 years old company except MDs and HR.

Full of cons. They don't value their employees. Profile shares with us in interview and while actually working is different. Offers less salary but gives high work. No fun or entertainment at work place, you only have to work like slave and still won't get appreciation from them. We can't expect support from your reporting manager as well.

Work culture is very poor you cannot keep your thoughts in front of your seniors You will not get any appreciation for if you have done some out of the box work There is a super politics between the upper management you will never get a chance to grow

Well - nothing - As there was no single day without a fight with the HRs/Ops team. Back then, it was like complaining means you are wrong, still it is the same trend going on i bet as long as the two female HRs (AH) idiots works there.

2 female HRs (TV) are the main culprits and will surely bring DOWN the COMPANY SOMEDAY. Both of them are immature, irresponsible, always giving false knowledge to the CEO, avoiding the talent, doing favoritism, wrong practices, using foul language, back biting, not concerned of anything, false allegations, stopping employees from their basic rights.
