Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company rules will changes in weekly but its only following 2 or 3 days after it will be in a normal. The sudden action is difficult for the workers and it wil be effect mentally and physically. Not give proper weekly-off for the workers. If one employee leave, the other two employees have to take overtime. They are forcing to take over time in any condition.
