The MD cum owner is a Dictator .. he will keep u in good books till he requires you .. They will reinstate terminated people whom you had removed on integrity grounds and will send them to your residence as hooligans to disturb you life. HR is bogus ... they are only for the sake of staying ... this is basically a Marwari Gaddi and not an Organisation ...
