Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is high. There is bond of 2 years which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to the new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The MD cum owner is a Dictator .. he will keep u in good books till he requires you .. They will reinstate terminated people whom you had removed on integrity grounds and will send them to your residence as hooligans to disturb you life. HR is bogus ... they are only for the sake of staying ... this is basically a Marwari Gaddi and not an Organisation ... They always keep 20 days salaries with them ... expense claims will get deducted on the sweet will of the owner .. Don't ever think of joining here .....Read More
