This my second job and thankfully the experience is pretty good. My senior is helpful and allows to bring out best with new ideas. The company holds a strict policy of no work after hours, giving us a good time to spend with family. Looking forward for good growth.

Bkwas, This orgnisation too much pthetics they don't have good management they salary given in til next month 25 to 30 it means you need to work 2 month and you get salary 1 month (Bhagwan bharose)? they have manual process attendence & other thing and HR Releated work for fnf you need to depand on manager forget fnf if you work 1 month or 2 month they not given. think about joining. gys if you are family person think about it....Read More

Currently I'm working in ICRI, work place is terrible, salary is not on time, this organization need only admission and fees staff security is unsafe, my June and July incentive is still pending of 2019 they always make fake promises, of this organization HR always gives wrong information, in covid~19 also we all staff give application and registration but salary not on time 2020 March to June month our salary is pending, our family suffering a lots we discussed Wth but still they don't have feelings what there staff suffering from covid19, I request dont join this organization......Read More

Work environment is outstanding in ICRI, Majority of employees are working from last 5 years to 15 years, They are helping together for business growth in ICRI. We can say employee stability - 100% here if they ere giving their performance timely and enjoying the work together.
